Claiming VAT Relief Prior to Placing Your Order

If you are eligible for VAT relief as somebody with a long term disability, you can claim relief while placing your order. To do this, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step One: Select Your Product(s)

To start off, simply add whichever products you are interested in buying to your shopping basket. Please note that not every product is suitable for VAT relief.

Step Two: Choose VAT Relief on the Checkout Page

Once you are happy that you have everything that you need, you can proceed to the checkout and enter your payment and delivery details. There is a tick-box to select that allows you to claim VAT relief, and asks you to complete a form giving details of your condition. These are used by HMRC and not held by Neo Walk.

IMPORTANT: If you are buying multiple items, please be aware that not all your items will qualify for VAT exemption. Eg. Straps.

Step Three: Fill in Your VAT Relief Form

Once the form is completed, simply continue to the payment page and complete the steps to place your order.

IMPORTANT: Please take care when completing the exemption form, as errors or missed fields can delay the dispatch of your order. It is an official document so please fill it in as accurately as possible.

Claiming VAT Relief After Placing Your Order

If you have placed an order without selecting VAT relief, you are still able to claim the VAT back afterwards. To do this please fill in the VAT exemption form and send it to us. Your order will take longer than filling it in while placing the order, so we advise you to follow the instructions above where possible.

We will check over your form when we get it, and a refund of the VAT will be made back to you, normally within 3 working days.
